The shoehorn is press-molded from a 1mm thick solid Japanese brass and has been handcrafted by a family-operatedsmall press company in Chiba, Japan, since 1974. It features a matte-polished finish with the Redcast Heritage logo expertly engraved using laser marking.

To complement this exquisite piece, the shoehorn is presented in a high-quality pouch made from locally sourced pig suede tanned in Japan. This handmade pouch is made by a small sewing workshop in Tokyo, operating since 1982. The cotton wax cord, used for the pouch’s closure, is produced by a specialized company in Shizuoka, Japan, that has been crafting it since 1930. The shoehorn size (16cm / 6.2") makes it perfect for travel, easily accommodating boots, shoes, or sneakers.

Beyond the shoehorn itself, the luxury experience extends to the packaging. Each item is carefully presented in a premium 360g rigid cardboard box, designed to evoke the rich texture of Japanese denim, with elegant gold stamping that adds a refined touch.
